I think the best pieces to buy and invest in are pieces you know you will wear multiple times for different occasions. If I can wear the same piece to work, to church, out with friends, to brunch, etc. that’s a huge win in my book.Â
I wore this look to church the other week and snapped a couple of photos because I just LOVE this outfit. Aka the striped pants. I’m all about work pants right now and when I saw these striped ones I jumped. I love the fit, I love that they’re not awkward, and I love that they stretch and are high-waisted. The blue pin-stripes are also so fun and you can pair these with a white or burgundy turtleneck for the winter!
I threw on a white tee, nude heels, and my latest favorite cross body bag (which is on sale btw!) to pull this look together. Today’s post is a short one because my family is in town!! I’m so so so happy to have my parents in Lubbock for a day and Josh’s family comes in tonight. We also get our precious baby Marley back!! She’s our dog, for those that are new, and she was with Josh in Austin all summer and then stayed to be with Josh’s mom the last month and a half so she could get spayed. We are OVER the moon to have her back for good with us!
