Happy hump day! It’s another rainy day here but I’m not mad about it. We actually are meeting our photographer for the wedding today and I’m having my 2nd dress fitting. It’s going to be a busy day!
We’ve been in our new apartment for about 3.5 weeks now. We love it so much! We gained some space too and I love how much room we have. We also gained an outdoor balcony so I have been over the moon about decorating this space. I wanted to share my vision on this space as I am making it a little more boho. Most of the items I’ve been purchasing are on sale and are great deals. Also…… I mostly purchase from Wayfair which is having their labor day sale right now. If you recently moved, or are moving… take advantage of their sale while you can.
WHAT WE HAVE SO FAR FOR THE OUTDOOR BALCONY:
Our Outdoor Couch– I bought this on MAJOR sale the other week… just saw that it’s sold out 🙁 It’s the perfect sized couch for a large balcony or a smaller patio.
Outdoor Rug- The rug we have down under our couch was at my parents for years. She was going to toss but I was like wait… let me have for outside haha. It’s giant! She said she bought it from Nordstrom so I linked a similar one.
Two Chairs– The two chairs we have on our balcony now were also given to us from my parents house. My mom said they are from Crate and Barrel but I can’t find them on the website. I linked similar! I need to find some fun cushions for these.
Vase decor- Just picked this up on MAJOR sale at Target. It’s very boho and cute. I’m using as decor in the space.
Planters- Grabbed these pretties on major sale too. They’re so sturdy and a great size. Now… what kind of plants should I do!? (must be fake haha.)
IN MY CART THIS WEEKEND:
Outdoor side table- I want a side table for in between the two chairs. Really love the look of this one!
Jute Rug- So the rug we have now only covers about half our balcony. I’m thinking a fun round jute rug for the other half.
Lantern- Cute boho accent for outside!
Pouf– My friend Brenna gave me this idea. Since we wanted a coffee table for the couch, but the space is a little too small for that, we are thinking of doing two poufs in the middle of the couch area for our feet.
Throw pillows- And of course… some fun throw pillows! I may just jump straight to some fall pillows but I really love the boho vibe of the one I have linked. We also have a macrame plant hanger so these pillows would tie in nicely.
I think that’s everything for the outdoor balcony! I’m trying to be patient and order one thing at a time but it’s HARD haha. Ready for it to be a cute outdoor oasis. Also just need this weather to drop 20 degrees. 🙂 Have a great day!
