Are you a lipstick or lipgloss kind of girl?? I’m definitely a lipstick lover. But there’s nothing better than a good lipstick/lipgloss combo… especially when you add in a lip liner! I’ll be the first to admit I get lazy with my lip liners. I have a ton and probably use them 1-2x a month when I’m doing something on the weekend. BUT lately I’ve been loving a pretty simple nude with a lip liner. It’s super neutral to where it’s appropriate for work and day to day but also looks really good for a night out since it goes with all looks.
First step, the liner. I’ve tried a ton of different brands, and I always go back to MAC. If there’s one y’all love please let me know because I just love the pigmentation and how smooth the MAC lip liners are. This was my very first liner I bought and is still my most used ha. It’s in the shade spice.
Next, I fill in the rest of my lips with this gorgeous nude. This is the Urban Decay Vice Lipstick in the shade Naked. Again, I’m a huge MAC lips kinda girl so I love their lipsticks too but these Vice lipsticks are just as good…. if not better honestly. If you’re looking for gorgeous nude with a touch of pink, you’ve got to go pick up this shade!
Lastly, top it with a little shine. I’m IN LOVE with these Urban Decay Hi-Fi Shine lipglosses. The one I’m wearing is Fireball. They’re smooth, not sticky, and have these gorgeous shiny pigments in them to make your lips pop. If you want a more affordable option, I loooove the NYX Butter Glosses.
