Ohhh, the holiday feels!!! I get so giddy thinking about Christmas, New Years Eve, being home, casseroles, and the list goes on and on! I thought I would go ahead and start the holiday outfit looks. And why not kick it off with some Velvet.
As y’all have probably seen a ton already, velvet is in. Velvet is really in. I see it ALL over instagram and in different colors. I seriously love it all. I thought I would go for a more daring look and pair a few different shades of pink/red in the velvet fabric. My dress is extremely affordable (I’m talking on sale for $14 right now!!!!) and y’all NEED it. It will pair great for office parties, holiday brunches, and family outings. My shoes are from last year and very comfortable and chic. I also recently purchased this clutch and have been swooning over it ever since. The best part? It’s only $23!!! OMG, that is the best deal. Run, run, run! They’re going fast.
For warmth, and a more ‘official’ (is that even a thing?) look I paired my staple black blazer to top it all off. Sometimes, I wish I worked in a tall fancy office building working some official job just so I can wear business professional looks every day. I love the look of a blazer or pencil skirt! Something about it just screams confidence to me. But for now, oversized t-shirts and sitting in a college classroom it is. A girl can dream though, right?
