Happy Friday y’all!
I got home early yesterday morning. We flew home ALL day Wednesday and we actually missed our last flight out of LA Wednesday night 🙁 So I got to sleep in the lovely airport and we got a flight home Thursday morning. I definitely took the whole day to sleep, unpack, and be lazy haha. I’m already missing that beautiful, tropical, Kauai view. Waking up to the mountains, fresh fruit stands, and the ocean are things I definitely wish we had outside our back door in Texas. But I guess that’s what makes vacation so great right!?
One of our days in Kauai we took the whole day to make a little road trip throughout the coast to the south side. We stayed on the north side and it’s about an hour and 45 minutes to get to the south end.
We started our day at a fun farmers market where I got my favorite: fresh Papaya!! Then made our way to the Kauai Rum Co. for rum tasting, after that we stopped by Kauai Coffee Co. where they make their amazing brand of coffee, then made our way to the canyons. It was a fun-filled day of nothing but tropical views of the beach and Hawaiian towns.
I wore this amazing one-piece tropical swimsuit which was perfect because I could throw on a pair of shorts and make an outfit of it before we went swimming. This one-piece actually sold out :/ but I linked a similar one here. I’ve linked all my details above and at the end of this post for y’all to check out. Definitely a summer must have!
