It’s #wellnesswednesday over here…. YAY! So this week I wanted to share my typical grocery list with y’all. Of course, the list varies weekly depending on meals we are cooking but for the most part, these are the healthy grocery staples we get EVERY week.
I eat dairy and egg free MAJORITY of the time. I also try to eat tons of fruits and veggies throughout the week so those two lists are always long. For fruits, I switch it up each week but always buy 2-3 different fruits for the week ahead.
