Happy Friday loves! I figured today we would do a little beauty talk. I’ve been trying out so many different beauty products lately and these are all at the top of my list under favorites.
Aveda Texture Tonic: If you find that your hair is a little dull or needs some texture, this stuff ROCKS. I absolutely love the way this makes my hair look and feel. I find that most texture sprays leave your hair feeling really stiff or sticky/weird. This one is the first I’ve found that doesn’t do that to my hair. I love spraying it on after the shower when I’m letting my hair air dry. My hair will dry beautifully with lots of volume and beautiful texture.
Kenra Smoothing Creme: Another AH-MAZING hair product. I use this one all the time, but I specifically like it when I’m blow drying my hair. I put about two pumps all over my head and then blow dry it. Throughout the week, I’ll even add a pump to help it look more sleek after sleeping/styling my hair. This one also smells like heaven! All Kenra products smell incredible and it’s definiltey why they’re one of my favorite hair brands.
Aveda Shampure aroma mist: Pretty sure my cat is going to find a way to hide this stuff from me because I use it like 6x a day lol. It just smells SO FRESH! It’s a calming aroma mist and I love spraying it all over my bathroom and on my pillows to help me sleep at night.
VII Code Eye Masks: I’ve been trying out these eye masks the last few months and oh my goodness I love them! About once a week I put these on to soothe and de-puff my under eyes. It doesn’t irritate my under eyes and they help dark circles tremendously!!
Coola Primer: This stuff!!!! Absolutely obsessed with it lately. I use it everyday and it makes your pores look non-existent. It helps foundation go on seamlessly and I just cannot say more amazing things about this primer. It also comes with SPF in it so you get your daily dose of that which is crucial.
Kenra Color Charge Spray: More Kenra for y’all haha! Just go ahead and buy everything she has because it’s just amazing. I dyed my hair darker about a month ago and I’ve been trying to keep the color looking fresh and new. I spray this all over after the shower to lock in the color. I haven’t seen any major color fade with my hair and I know this product is contributing.
Perricone MD solid oil: The Winter always makes my skin extremely dry. I’m OCD about my hands being moisturized too. I’ve been using this solid oil from Perricone MD and it’s like this paste that instantly locks in moisture to your hands. I carry this in my purse at all times this time of year!
Shake it Fresh Mascara: So when I was home a few weeks ago, my mom actually gave this to me because she wasn’t using it. A few uses and I was hooked. I love the way it makes my lashes look and makes them so voluminous.
Tarteist Highlight palette: For the final product, I had to tell y’all about my favorite highlighting palette lately. It comes with 4 highlights and a cream/powder bronzer. I use the cream bronzer and then set it with the powder bronzer. I then go in with some of the highlights (I like to mix them all) and apply at the high points of my face. I adore this palette! It was under $50 and If you’re in the market for a highlighting palette, this one is fabulous.
