I’ve shared before but when it comes to makeup, I am a face product junkie! Give me alllll the concealers, foundations, and face powders. My concealer drawer is over-flowing but as I went to do my makeup yesterday, I realized there’s only a few I use religiously. Some, I’ve used for years and some I just started using this past summer but here are my TOP 5 favorite concealers that all do different things.
This is my most recent beauty purchase that I bought in June. I’ve used it a couple of months and I absolutely love this stuff. It’s SO worth all the hype. For one, the packaging is really different than others. I love how large the applicator is. It picks up a lot of product and I will just swipe twice under my eye to make a triangle. This gives me a ton of coverage and covers all dark circles.
Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer
This is the best concealer for day to day use. It’s light, feels like you’re not wearing any makeup, and stays all day long. I use this Mon-Fri for work or if I’m just running errands. If I’m doing a heavier makeup look, I don’t always gravitate towards this one as I like a super bright, heavy under eye look when going out. But for everyday, this is my go-to!!
I’ve used this concealer for 7 years and I love it more every day. Not even kidding! This is something you can apply under your eyes lightly for a light look to go to work, or dab it a few times for a more full coverage look. I use the shade fair and it’s SUPER brightening and will clear up all of your dark circles. This is THE best drug store concealer ever, and beats a lot of high end concealers honestly.
Can you tell I love Maybelline!? They’re my #1 drugstore brand. I compare this one a lot to the Urban Decay Naked Skin. They’re almost the exact same, though this one is even lighter. This works amazing under the eyes for a quick cover-up but this is also the only concealer I will use on blemishes if I’m having a breakout. It’s so incredibly light but still offers a great amount of coverage that it works amazing on pimples. I will also combine this one with the Age rewind for a full coverage under eye look as well.
I genuinely enjoy this concealer for it’s shade. It’s my darkest concealer out of all of them (although still super light!) but I find my others are more white and this one is more of a light beige. It also offers this gorgeous luminesence under your eyes so this one is beautiful to pair and mix with any of the above concealers I mentioned. Sometimes I will use this alone but 9/10 times I’m mixing it for the perfect under-eye look!
