Hey y’all! Today I wanted to share 10 of the most in-trend and hottest wardrobe pieces to buy for Summer 2017. I’m all for color, fun prints, and easy looks and this round up is a mix of it all for UNDER $100.
Spring and Summer fashion are my all time favorite for the easy pieces and there’s just something about being able to throw on jean shorts and sandals and be cute that I love about the warmer seasons. I swear by each of these 10 must-have pieces this Summer and I challenge y’all to try at least 3 of them if you haven’t tried already 😉
1. Breezy Playsuits
Just like the one I have on! I’m such a fan of rompers and playsuits. They’re easy, breathable, and no fuss!
2. Sun HatsÂ
I love a big hat. They’re fun to wear to the pool, to brunch with the girls… and hide the fact you haven’t washed your hair in 6 days (guilty!). They’re the best statement accessory to add to your look this season.
3. Gingham
I guess this isn’t really a certain ‘piece’ but it’s a print you NEED on a piece of clothing this summer. Gingham is just adorable and so swooned after right now. Even if you don’t like color, there’s neutral Gingham pieces to change up your wardrobe.
4. Beach/ Pool tote
I told y’all in this post that I’m a big tote lover. And that definitely carries into Summer with my beach bags. I like a big ole’ bag that I can throw a ton of stuff into to take from the pool to dinner with my guy. Beach bags are definitely the piece you can be crazy and fun with. I love the pom pom bags or ones with fun sayings.
5. Jean Shorts
You really can’t have a Summer wardrobe without jean shorts. I wear them with wedges and cute tops and also graphic tees and my beat up flip flops lol. Â I recently bought these and they were the best pair to ever splurge on. Totally worth the money and fit great. Size up! Here’s some others that are really great and affordable:
6. Relaxed Tee
THESE. I live in them. Partially because well, I’m in college and so what else would I wear? But I love a good relaxed tank or t-shirt that’s soft and easy to throw on. I also don’t like to waste a lot of money on them so I never buy one over $30. I’ll wear these for days with jean shorts and I really believe they’re a great wardrobe staple for the relaxed days of summer.
7. One Piece Bathing Suit
All time favorite way to wear a bathing suit now-a-days. I don’t know why, I love a good bikini but something about a one-piece is so much more flattering to me. Some are equally as flashy as a bikini but I’ve been a one-piece fanatic lately.
8. Shoes With Bows
This is one of my favorite Summer trends this season. The bows have been making a come back! They’re on mules, sandals, espadrilles, and beyond. They are so fun and really add an extra touch to your shoes.
9. Simple HeelsÂ
I had to throw this one in because I’ve really been enjoying just a simple plain heel. Whether it’s a skinny heel or block heel, anything simple! They go a long way too when planning outfits.
10. One shoulder dress
Last but not least, we’re upgrading from the usual off the shoulder dress (still love!!) to one shoulder dresses. I will always love the look of something one shoulder so this gets me excited.
