Classes. Are. Done. for the semester!!! Granted, I still have a full weekend of finals ahead… but the fact I never have to go to class for 7 hours on Tuesday/Thursday is the happiest day ever!
To celebrate, I had to share this look! SO many readers saw this dress in an instagram post, or close friends/family saw it on a FB post with my boyfriend. Either way, I received such great feedback over this killer dress and I could hardly wait to share it. Monday night, I wore this to my sorority’s christmas party. I will say one thing about this dress, it’s cleavage central. Personally, I’m not comfortable with the super low plunging neckline…. like the day I shot this I wanted to take it off immediately just because I was like ok this is way too much!! But for the XMAS party, I wore a black bralette (which is on sale for $20!) underneath it, and it made me swoon over this dress in a whole new way. The bralette gave me more coverage but this dress still worked it’s magic and made me feel totally out there.
I’m all for “sexy” but I still like to feel classy and slightly conservative. I know this holiday dress is a fabulous date party, formal, and cocktail party dress for all my college readers. Especially since it is SO in trend as well. I don’t think you could get any more trendy in a dress with velvet and a choker.
Well, that’s all for today… I’ll sadly be spending my day indoors, in the library, studying my butt off. I hope y’all have a great, fulfilling, Wednesday. xoxo
