It has never felt so good to wake up and know I am so DONE with this past semester. Did you catch yesterday’s blog post!? I recapped this last TOUGH semester. It is so nice to have a little break before starting another semester over. Today, I have plans to clean my room and house… and then get ready for a fun evening! Josh, Marley, and I are taking some photos and then going to a nice dinner. I’m so excited!
This pleated Choies skirt will definitely be worn this evening. It is so classy, festive, and holiday perfect! For the price and quality, it’s such a steal too. I bought my first midi skirt last spring and I knew I had to have another that was more winter appropriate. Midi skirts are SO fun when you get the chance to wear them. Obviously, they aren’t super wearable as you definitely don’t see people dressing in midi skirts to the grocery store, to work, etc. but for special occasions, it’s darling!! Especially the pleated detail on this one. Pleated skirts are all the trend right now!! Pairing red accessories, especially like my red tassel earrings, top this look off! I love me some red now! Which is so crazy… because I NEVER liked red on me before this season.
I can’t wait to wear this look over and over when I head home to Dallas soon. The thing I love most about going home?? (Other than being with my family) is having the reason to be able to dress to nines every day. I love not having to feel like I have to put on another college t-shirt every day lol.
