Helloooo to gift guide season! Over the next few weeks I’ll sharing a ton of gift guides mixed in with my regular content. This is the time I can pick out tons of different gift ideas for every type of person and make it quick and easy for y’all to shop. I’m all for shopping and shopping my day away at the mall, butttttt, when it comes to the holiday’s I stay far away from that crazy place! Plus, I’ve become really comfortable with online shopping over the last year and that’s my preferred way to shop. You don’t always have to bear the traffic, crazy crowds, and limited in-store supply this season if you don’t want too!
I thought I would kick this gift guide season off with a Gift Guide For Her. Whether you’re a boyfriend, husband, brother, etc. or a mom, bff, sister, etc. here are some fun ideas that are extremely popular right now!
Athleisure:
Athleisure is one of the top trending looks right now. Especially for my fellow college students. The only kind of clothes I’m wanting this year are workout clothes. I can wear them to class, out to run errands, and pretty much to about 95% of my outings. It’s comfortable, it’s chic, and worth the splurge! These leggings are my favorite leggings of all time! I have them in black but loooooveee the light grey shade of this pair. Adding on a sporty vest, a beanie, workout top, and nikes and there’s a look that will last.
Organization:
One of my favorite topics haha. I’m crazy OCD about planning, staying organized, and having everything in order. My life is a lot easier and efficient with a planner. I know now-a-days it’s so easy to use your phone calendar or an app, but I love the traditional way of a written planner. I like to write, highlight, and visualize my weekly schedule. But, who says you have to have an old ugly one!? There are TONS of fancy, cute, planners out there. I’m loving this one for 2017.
Holiday Jewels:
Heart eyes on heart eyes! I loveeee me some holiday jewels! This season, chokers and statement earrings are IN. I love Baublebar for their gorgeous yet versatile pieces. They have their holiday pieces out and I absolutely love the crystal chokers and fun big earrings. Seriously, any girl would love just any piece from their site.
Beauty:
Most girls love beauty products. Whether that’s a new mascara, highlighter, or fun lipstick, any girl would love it. The whole ‘highlight’ thing is in. I love this one and this one is suppose to be amazing!! If you’re looking to splurge a little, this highlighting palette is to die for and has been a wish of mine for ages!! Bite Beauty lipsticks are so easy to apply and stay on all day. I love these and Sephora has a great holiday deal on a pack of four of them.
PJ’s:
OMG. I’m loving the PJ’s lately. Like I said, I really want workout gear this season but I also adore loungewear and PJ’s as I’m a huge homebody and rarely leave my house if I don’t have to lol. If you know someone else who are huge homebody’s Victoria’s Secret or Nordstrom has super cute PJ’s that any gal would just LOVE.
Staple Closet Pieces:
Of course, what girl doesn’t love clothes as well. If you are wanting to get someone clothes, I recommend in-trend STAPLE clothing pieces. Pieces that will last someone years is the most important. Fuzzy Turtleneck Sweaters, Sneakers, fur vests, pleated skirts, and a cross body bag for any occasion. Always go for timely pieces with a twist that’s trending.
