Hi friends and happy Fri-YAY! I am way too pumped that it’s the weekend. This past week was extremely busy, draining, and full of homework as well as a huge test. I am sooo happy it’s all put behind me now. On the bright side of this week, I posted this Instagram about how I chopped my hair and dyed it blonder. My roommate and I also found out her kitten is a boy after 3 months of thinking he is a girl and calling him Elizabeth taylor haha. Still laughing about it! So, whirlwind week y’all.
I’ll be cozied up all weekend and this is my go-to outfit if I decide to leave my house. I love an easy outfit and this combo is a favorite of mine each and every year during this time. It’s casual, it’s cute, and it’s definitely warm! These flats are older from Nordstrom Rack and I want 5 more pairs in different shades because I wear them so much more than I thought I would. This burberry top is a little pricey but a great staple tee to have in your closet. On top of those two pieces, you can’t go wrong with a good vest! Mine is from Zara but J.Crew has the BEST ones I’ve ever seen. Add a beanie for extra warmth (and to cover the fact you haven’t washed your hair in four days) and it’s my favorite casual outfit to wear out for dinner.
My little coco and I will be cuddling all weekend as she is still recovering from her surgery and getting de-clawed but I’m more than happy to be lazy and catch up on Scandal 🙂 Hope y’all have a relaxing and happy weekend!
